Welcome to Elk Grove Golf Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platform, and indoor golf simulator facility located at 9105 Laguna Main St., Suite 150, Elk Grove, CA 95758. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and Reservations

  • All simulator bay bookings, lessons, and events are scheduled through PodPlay, our booking platform.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment or a valid reservation is completed.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we are unable to extend time past your scheduled end due to back-to-back bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made 4–24 hours in advance are eligible for credit only (no refund).

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or credit; however, we will attempt to reschedule your session if time allows.

  • Membership and package fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment

  • Payments for bookings, memberships, lessons, and retail purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the services you book or purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change at our discretion; any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Facility Rules and Conduct

  • Guests must follow posted facility rules and staff instructions at all times.

  • Alcohol may be purchased and consumed on-site in accordance with our ABC license; guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service or asked to leave.

  • Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

  • Guests are expected to treat equipment, simulators, and facilities with care. Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior, without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • Golf and simulator activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from swinging clubs, striking golf balls, or equipment use.

  • By participating in any activity at our facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elk Grove Golf Studio, its owners, employees, and coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our facility, equipment, or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to using our facility or participating in any session, lesson, or event. Guests with a booking account sign the waiver digitally through our booking platform. All other guests must sign a waiver manually on-site prior to play. Entry to the facility and use of our services is conditioned on a signed waiver being on file. Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Memberships and Loyalty Program

  • Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are described on our Memberships page and are subject to change with notice.

Coaching and Club Fitting Services

  • Lessons and coaching are provided by independent instructors and staff for instructional purposes only. Results are not guaranteed.

  • Club fitting and building services are provided based on information and measurements you provide; final products are custom-built and generally non-refundable once ordered.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Elk Grove Golf Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our booking, payment, and communication tools are provided through third parties (PodPlay, Stripe, MailerLite). Your use of those tools is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
